The marshmallow experiment is a famous test conducted by Walter Mischel at Stanford University. Kids are given a marshmallow and told they can have one now, or if they wait, they will get a second one in a few minutes.
HEY!!!! I want to see what happens when the lady returns… This is like a trailer to a movie. Kids are made to suffer, then, nothing!?!?!??! I want to see their expressions when they get denied or rewarded for their actions.
Totally unfair, Jonco. It’s only half the story — and critical details are missing: how long do the kids have to wait? How many opt to wait and how many cave in and eat?
And now I’m totally craving a Fluffernutter sandwich.
Gah! I’ll payPal you five bucks if you let the kids eat the marshmallow!
Try the experiment with a Hooter’s girl and Infidel…

Unfair, I say.
I was hoping for an update, but I haven’t seen one. If I do, I’ll post it. Inquiring minds want to know.
How is this an experiment? It’s closer to a “candid camera” sketch…
I demand the last three minutes back.
Maffu…. they’re in the mail.
This video is a little longer and shows one kid getting his reward.
