The American Time Use Survey asks thousands of American residents to recall every minute of a day. Here is how people over age 15 spent their time in 2008.
On average Sleeping, eating, working and watching television take up about two-thirds of the average day.
You can click on various groups of people and see the differences in how their day is spent depending on what group they represent.
The New York Times spells bachelors with an apostrophe?!!
They’re referring to the degrees/diplomas – not the single guys — so that’s correct.

how about checking out women
No more than 1% of the population is ever using a computer at once? That’s so crazy! Man am I a freak.
I didn’t see sex..
I’m calling shenanigans. No way that at most, only 1% of people are on the computer.
Infidel, there is an entirely separate chart for you my friend.
What. No category for beer drinking?
My chart looks nothing like this whatsoever.
So when i leave for work 95% of americans are asleep, I leave at 3:30 am thought the number would be higher. The reason they dont have a sex category is that not enough people are getting it. So the effective rate would be like 0%. I blame this on you people.
