Sander – Good luck this week. From experience, some advice…
If a woman judge walks in here’s what you do: Grab the deputy’s gun and just shoot yourself.
Easier than slowly bleeding out for the next decade or two.
After months of BS, I actually got thru to her to settle this like men, so to speak, and quit running to her lawyer for everything. Contrary to her belief, her lawyer has no interest in settling this, the longer it takes, the more money she makes. We ironed out a proposal, I had my lawyer draw it up, she agreed to it, now it’s just a matter of formality (I hope) and we can avoid court altogether.
And no, the judge assigned to our case is actually a pretty liberal democrat guy and it would have worked in my favor if it ever came down to presenting it to the judge. Which I’m assuming also played into her wanting to just settle it.

I wish more people realized that going into it. It often takes a lot of money before that realization hits. A couple of two minute phone calls that cost me $50 each woke me up real quick. It helps when both parties see the money pool draining out fast toward the lawyers.
That is freakin hilarious!

That was pretty good…and probably the weirdest thing to ever happen to that dog, too!
DJ,

I’ve seen this for years and it’s still so funny. Maybe the dog got into some of that chili.
DJ, paperwork is signed. Now it just needs to be turned in so that the judge can sign off on it. Woohoo!
