  1. Its all about the extreme amount of salt on the fries.
Our ancestors knew it well, there is nothing better to preserve food than salt.

  2. Fries are almost the perfect food. They are composed of three of my basic food groups, salt, starch, and grease. A diet of fries and doughnuts is da bomb.

  3. Gimme a break. The fries are sliced so thin that they are dried out. Moisture content goes down, and things last a LOT longer. You could see how thick the other fries were, they had a lot more moisture, therefore they got rotten.

  4. I agree. Kinda like potato chips, you probably couldn’t tell the difference between a potato chip found after a year under your sofa and a fresh one. OMG my open box of corn flakes have been sitting around for months without refrigeration and they are still yummy, what’s wrong with them?

  5. Regardless of how thinly the fries are sliced something should have happened to them. 10 weeks with no change at all just isn’t right…
