  1. XD That’s hilarious! Unfortunately, cats are fast learners, and that cat will probably NEVER go though that thing again. We’ve done similar things to our cats and they don’t trust it anymore. For example, we have a coffee table with two glass panes in the middle which the cats used to always climb up on. One day we decided to take the panes of glass out. Our cat jumps up on the wood part of the table around the panes, takes two steps and falls straight through. We might have died of laughter that night, but the cat has NEVER jumped on that coffee table since. Same with the oven. He used to always walk across the stove top. Once though, he jumped up on it just after my mom finished cooking, and it was still hot. I swear that cat must have learned to fly it got off so quick. 😀 lmao.

  2. Maoman, great stories LOL. That explains why my cat stopped jumping on the wood stove. Do you need a cat? I will pay for shipping.

  3. **evil laugh** Excellent.

    @Maoman
    both of those things are GOOD. Cats lick their arses then their feet and then walk all over your food prep surfaces. Anything that stops them doing that is good, no?

    Sorry, but no thanks. I LOVE cats, but i’m 17 and still with my mom, who doesn’t want anymore. We already have 4, two inside cats and two outside cats (they do NOT get along. lol), as well as two chihuahuas (mom’s… i’m more of a cat person), my snake, and my sister’s tarantula.

    Well I’d say any germs that come from the cat’s arses are probably killed when the oven turns on to like 400 degrees or whatever, but I see your point. 😛

    And lmao @ Mike ^_^

  5. Maoman, you appear to be an intelligent and level headed young man. I am sending you the cat, should I put air holes in the box?

    We should be careful to get out of an experience only the wisdom that is
    in it – and stay there, lest we be like the cat that sits down on a hot
    stove-lid. She will never sit down on a hot stove-lid again – and that
    is well; but also she will never sit down on a cold one any more.

  7. My cat growing up used to run like a nut all around the house then go flying under my parents bed. Then they got a waterbed. My dad says he just heard a loud CRACK and the cat came back out of their room wobbling and bumping into walls. Needless to say, the cat did not repeat that trick.
