Which part: the color-changing chameleon or the guy who owns the same pair of glasses in a rainbow of colors?
I’m skeptical of the authenticity — I’ve seen a chameleon have trouble adapting to a stucco fence — but admit my knowledge of lizards is thin. Would be cool if it’s real
Quite Suiper, real or fake.
Come on guys!! I’ll bet you all $5 that this video is produced by which-ever brand makes those awful sunglasses! No, this is not real. Chameleon’s change their color based on their moods, not really their surroundings. Check it out on National Geographic: http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/reptiles/mellers-chameleon.html
“Every party needs a pooper…”
Windosia, you’re probably right. I figured it was too cool to be true.
Ok Jonco, I totally dug myself a hole with the bet, lol. The video is done by Never Hide Films… the same guys that did the cow-birth thing. I owe you a couple beers.
So it is no longer Suiper lizard?
I would doubt that there is any living thing that can change color like this. This was manipulated. But they did a good job.
Can you say Photoshop? Chameleons(?) only turn red when angry or defensive, this is a very well manipulated video…
Pretty obvious it’s a video produced by Rayban sunglasses in hopes of it spreading as a viral video and showcasing the different colors available, and they succeeded.. Cool video anyway..
My boyfriend has the same type of chameleon, they deffinetly can’t change like that xP They normally only change colours to display their mood. I chameleon can’t change that quickly anyway.
the contrived camera movement was the thing that convinced me straight off that it wasn’t real.
It’s probably not real, but there is a creature that can turn colors that quickly. That creature is the cuttlefish, a member of the squid family.
FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! If you do any graphic art, you know what to look for…
Google search: Kate breasts storage outdoors whipped cream stabbed eye where?
whaaaaaat?
DJ, whatcha smokin’ man? Can I have a hit?
The boobie tally is in and a decision has been made on who has bragging rights.
Sorry, dozed off while googling, must’ve been daydreaming…
And I won, right?
Damn its fakeness. I wanted a chameleon after that video. Not sunglasses. 😛
Definitely fake. When the lizard turns pink / purple for the first time, when he moves the glasses, the lizard is still green through the lenses.
That is wild, I would say Yes it is indeed real.
