(Probably tastes like chicken). Seems to be lots of them around

Joe & Bella, Yeah it tastes kinda like chicken, little chewy tho…the best part is watching the cook, knife
between his teeth go in the pit to cut off a piece of tail…lots of bob-tail gators and one armed cooks in Fl. I hear.
