The pistol is the point. Eddie Eagle was a NRA mascot for teaching kids about gun safety – here Eddie is keeping the pistol from the kids and likely teaching his tips for when they encounter a gun : * Stop! * Don’t touch. * Leave the area.* Tell an adult.
Looks like someone modified the numbers, no clue what the connect the dots is supposed to be about.
I’ve seen this comic before. The bird swoops in, steals the gun from the young man, who is using it to force the young girl to do something that she doesn’t want to. The Bird then show the young boy what he has to offer. The following slide is a bit disturbing though, as you see the young boy in serious pain, the bird smoking a cigarette and asking “Now…that didn’t feel too good…did it?”. Classic Comics…..
