A teenage employee celebrated his birthday by taking a bath in the utility sink at the Burger King in Xenia.
Burger King Corp. said, “We have sanitized the sink and have disposed of all other kitchen tools and utensils that were used during the incident. We have also taken appropriate corrective action on the employees that were involved in this video.
Additionally, the remaining staff at this restaurant is being retrained in health and sanitation procedures.”

Anyone who thinks this is the worst thing that could happen in a restaurant is sadly mistaken. The only difference is that most incidents don’t get filmed. Retraining or not, most of the kids in these places don’t care about what they do or care about “food safety”. They are only there to get their hours in for the paycheck every 2 weeks. Whatever happens during those hours is mostly for their own entertainment, whether it’s goofing off or complaining about being there.
