By internationally famous sculptor Clyde Du Vernet Hunt of Vermont. Sculptured in Paris, 1928. Cast in bronze and exhibited Illinois State Building, New York World’s Fair, 1939. Erected in courtyard of Bennington Museum, Bennington, Vermont, 1949. The woman represents Faith; the nude boy, Hope; and Lincoln symbolizes Charity.
