So far we have six to seven inches of snow on the ground here in the St. Luois area. It’s 31°F and the snow should be coming to an end in the next couple of hours. Less than 48 hours ago… on Sunday, the temp reached 78°F.
Man, nice place you got there. Is that THE River out there? If that was my chair, I’d be in it every day, no matter the weather or temperature! I’d put a heating coil in the seat and have a hot coffee IV hanging next to it!
dj,
That is THE muddy Mississippi looking north from my deck. Not sure about sitting out there in this weather, but it’s a fine place to sit and listen to a ball game while drinking a nice frosty cold beer in the summer.
Jonco
Your place IS beautiful! And I thought the arch was impressive!!
Actually the Mississippi River is not very pretty. Very large but not terribly picturesque. I don’t know why anyone would want to sit and watch that ugly river when there so many others that are more scenic.
Here in Dallas we’ve gone from 60-70 degrees one day to the 30s then next including ice, sleet, and snow. Then back to the 60s.

That’s Texas weather for you.
