SF Bay Bridge: Perfect Strike

They say that lightning never strikes twice, but this amazing photo proves otherwise.

An incredible eight bolts struck the Bay Bridge in San Francisco last night which was captured in this incredible shot by photographer Phil McGrew, who took the photo through the rain-soaked window of his apartment.

Mr McGrew, 49, was shocked at the striking image which shows the split-second moment of electric forks hitting the span of the bridge.

DIY Monkey Cam

Going to the zoo this weekend? Wanna get some good footage of the monkeys and other ape-like creatures? Here’s how to do it. Some guy used the front-facing camera on his Phone to film monkeys up close because they were using it like a mirror. Then he went a step further. He drilled a hole in the middle of an actual mirror, just big enough for his Phone camera to film through, then he put it up against the glass at the orangutan enclosure, and they loved it. (This is from the same guy who came up with the cool iPad Halloween costume that made it look like he had a hole in his body.)
