I’m actually learning Chinese so that’s quite interesting. There are four different pronunciations of shi in there so it would sound slightly different to how it looks I think.

A brief explanation of the Buffalo thing.
The word “buffalo” can mean three things – the animal “buffalo”, the city of Buffalo and a colloquial verb meaning to bully. There is another verrsion of this that includes many more buffalos but this is the longest uninterrupted string and still makes grammatical sense.
What it is actually saying is that assuming that buffalo bully other buffalo and there are bullying buffalo in the city of Buffalo perhaps they too are being bullied by buffalo who are in turn being bullied by other buffalo in that fair city.
So if you swap buffalo the animal for “cats”, buffalo(2) for “LA” and buffalo the verb for “hit” it would read
LA cats (that other) LA cats hit, hit LA cats (that) LA cats hit.
