So, I gotta ask: If he gives someone “the finger”, which finger does he use? Two together would seem confusing.

I saw a baby come into surgery to have this corrected. The surgeon came out (I was working in the OR area) and told the momma that this wasn’t as uncommon as she might think. Perhaps just to comfort her, I don’t know.
