A teenage driver with alcohol in the car? Mom should keep the car, and sell the son!

This is my speculation: The boy lacks any sense of responsibility because Mom babies him and does everything for him. She cooks all his meals, does all his laundry, cleans up his bedroom or the mess he and his friends made in the living room after asking 5 times to clean them up. Then, one afternoon, while taking out the trash, which is the boy’s “responsibility” she passes the car in the driveway and thinks, “As long as I am on my way to the dumpster, I’ll just pick up all those Taco Bell and McDonald’s bags that are in the car.” Then, while trying to clean out all those french fries which always migrate to the floor beneath the driver’s seat….Well, you can see that she is such a snoop. Dad tried to calm her down with the “Boys will be boys” line and was a little proud about how resourceful Jr must have been to figure out a way to buy booze while underage. Then Dad figured out Jr had taken the bottle out of his stock and, instead of confronting Jr directly, storms out to his wife and tells her he supports her idea of selling the car.
