Um, without the G, it would have a different pronunciation. I’d call that a use.

Jimbo nailed it. In Italian, “gn” is pronounced like the “y” sound in onion. It would make more sense to say “Bitch, please! You’re as useless as the t in bitch, the a in please, the yo in you’re (etc.)
