Jimbo nailed it. In Italian, “gn” is pronounced like the “y” sound in onion. It would make more sense to say “Bitch, please! You’re as useless as the t in bitch, the a in please, the yo in you’re (etc.)
“useless as the teets on a boar hog” is what gramps used to say.
