Funny.
What I find most interesting is the fact that a Dutch insurance company has an English name and an English motto. Just for fun and I went over to their website.

It is in Dutch, as expected for their audience. But certain words here and there are in English that should be in Dutch. For example, the “home” button is in English. It should be “thuis”.
Anyhow.. I find it interesting. I know that most Dutch speak English fluently. Perhaps they blend them so much now that they don’t notice the difference anymore?
I wouldn’t say we speak English fluently but we hear and see a lot of English on tv, internet, on the radio etc., etc.
I guess we’re so used to it that nobody thinks it’s awkward
