The second attempt to change my TV, phone and internet service to cable is supposed to take place today. However the preliminary work of getting the outdoor box ready to connect to still hasn’t been done. Unless they plan to do it all in one visit, which I was told was a separate crew, it won’t be happening today.
I’ve decided that I won’t wait another week for this to happen. I’ll pursue other options or just leave everything as it is now.
We shall see.




As I expected they guy came out and he couldn’t do anything without the “drop” connection. He got on his phone right there and reported it and told them that I wouldn’t wait another week. A couple hours later a truck was on my street for about an hour. They were up in the lift on the truck up the street. After it left I checked the box and nothing had changed. I heard nothing from them the rest of the day.
That sucks, they always have some excuse why
theirthey’re late, but if you’re late in paying they threaten to shut you off
