What sets the bride apart from the rest? She’s the only one that isn’t pointing her gun at someone else in the picture.

How tacky. Must be a wedding in the South.

How tacky? When I look at this, I think “How forward thinking. Look at the gender roles being switched! How lovely!” If you think that only Southern folks tote weapons in fancy occasions you’re close-minded and just daft. This is wonderful.

Yeah… right… forward thinking… wow. No wonder this country is in the shitter.

      femmegrrrlriot.
As a Swedish male I fail to see the progress in this.

Equal rights aren’t about switching gender roles. It’s about individuality.
It’s not about women doing the exact same work as men but having the opportunity to do so.
it’s not about seeing men as objects instead it’s about not seeing women as objects.

I’m not sure how often American wedding-photos portray men with guns but the opposite isn’t equality.
Now it’s just a pun. It becomes a joke on the internet -”Oh, look! women with guns… how silly… they should stay in the kitchen.”

Either both males and females have guns or no one does. Or at least have an explanation to why you need to show of your weapons at a wedding.

    I’ve heard of a shotgun wedding….
