Bits & Pieces was was down for an hour or so. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with tech support. I really don’t think they have any idea what’s going on there. He kept putting me on hold and every time he came back he told me something a little different. At first he blamed a problem I had a year ago with tying up their servers. Then he said some permissions were set wrong.
They got it back up and he really tried to sell me on more/better service…. like a dedicated server which is about four times as much as I pay now.
Anyway we’re back in business… for now.
