cats are funny animals. Renowned for their agility and grace (which inspires awe and praise), when they display otherwise, they only bring out the chuckles.

My cats…when they do something like this (and they do, quite often), I always kick myself for not having a camera.

Have you ever noticed that when a cat does something funny or ungraceful, they will stop and start licking themselves as if nothing happened?

  Yeah, they really do that. It calms them down. My cat licks his paw when he does something stupid or gets scared. It’s like the “I meant to do that” defense. LOL
