  Ask any dog lover/owner, but in the end well worth it, and probably more greatful than the kid in the long run.

UNICEF: 40 cents goes to overhead (big salaries, nice offices, huge fund raising costs). It`s a business. 50 cents a day won`t even pay for the secretaries water.

SPCA: 40 cents goes to the dogs (ha ha). They are low overhead, poorly payed front-line people that show results everyday.

Now if they just neutered-spayed those people that UNICEF, CARE, Christian (fill-in-the-blank) groups supposedly help….. Nah, that would be bad for business.
