I saw this very thing happen just the other day -TWICE!
Where was PETA?
ok that was the best chase scene ever, I LOVE THAT the horse sliding under the semi was too funny
The Blues Brothers Chases scene is waaay better.
Just another superfluous, over the top, severe horse injuring, gratuitous jeep-leaping, glass crashing, nonsensical chase scene from India. Cows are sacred in India, but apparently not horses. Or jeeps.
Bollywood, hurray for Bollywood, that screwy ballyhooey Bollywood…
Hollywood my ass!
Glass in India must not be that durable
Best horsey chase scene: True Lies. Thru the streets of DC, thru a hotel lobby and corridors, up the elevator to the roof…
I would never want to drive in India…seems like it’s really difficult to keep the front axle of the car on the road. And there’s lots of glass, everywhere, for no apparent reason. But, it’s not very thick, so you could crash through as much as you want and not get hurt.
Effects budget for that shot was probably about $20, so they got what they paid for.
not over the top at all!
Bollywood RULEZ
No.
Stunt horses are on the menu tonight.
I agree, DJ- True Lies horse chase was better!
I have a feeling in India MANY animals are harmed during the filming of most movies.. Take that PETA!!
This was not believable at all… not for the region. If it had been, there would have been a break for a group song and dance in the middle.
Aah! You should watch Rajnikanth … he pawns such scenes even in his sleep
