		<description>The second question is stupid!  I answered to use the left hand with the right-hand fork (I knew there was no such thing as a right-hand fork).  If there is no such thing as a left handed fork, then why is it that I have to eat it with the right hand if I&#039;m left handed?</description>

One I heard recently is that it&#039;s bad luck to cut the noodles because the noodles represent long life, and if you cut the noodles, you&#039;re symbolically cutting your life short, so you have to slurp the whole noodle.  Slurping is also a good way to cool it down as it goes in.  About the long life thing, though, don&#039;t take that as gospel.  People say some pretty odd things here sometimes.</description>
