Nothing to do with picture,but how is your pain level lately. Have not heard you say much in a while. I have been going though about the same as you for the last 11 months. I had “Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion” surgery 3 weeks ago.They replace 2 disc. Most of the pain in my left arm and shoulder is gone, just post-op pain and discomforts.
Must be with the IRS.

My pain pretty much just went away after about two months. I still fell a little uncomfortable on occasion, but it is certainly tolerable. That quickly subsides too. I think it just went away, I really don’t think the physical therapy had much to do with it. I could be wrong but I just feel that. I didn’t do everything they told me to do, but a little of it. I also try to have better posture when I think about it, but that doesn’t happen often enough. I’m pretty sure it will revisit me in the future, as I don’t think herniated discs just disappear. Thanks for asking.
