Bella – Couldn’t make it this year…we have over 30″ (80 cm) here in N Ohio, still snowing very hard, 10°F dropping fast.
Shoulda had it over in London – oh wait…
South Florida might be sweet though…never mind, my Mom just called…25° tonite and wind chill warning for 15°F.
Maybe the idiot Gore should hold his idiot-conventions in summer, when it might actually be warm…for a couple of months, anyway.
Gary, it only took me a 2-4 pack to do the front row and then the rest just started marching in. Could have been the beer. It makes them turn yellow.
Even the manatees in Florida (maybe where DJ’s Mom is) are gathering together to keep warm.
It looks like Calvin was very busy. South FL expecting freezing temps inland from Miami north. Wind chill in the 20’s. It’s the lead news story: “bring in your plants, protect your pets, and the following shelters are open for the homeless”.
But you-know-who has kicked UP the thermostat big-time…after he told us all to turn ours down…

Canuck, KLAW. It takes too long to say twenty four so we say 2 – 4. I know and I’ve been corrected before on my packs of beer. Let’s just say ours are different. A normal case is only 12.
A case here contains 24……A 2×4 is a 24 ounce beer, perfect for special occasions.
24 ounce!!! Good lord, I live in the wrong country. I don’t even think ours are 8 oz. 24 oz., I’ve never seen one that big.
HUGE, ya gotta suck ‘em down fast, or they go flat.
