European TV is a trip! I watched some of the German TV during the 3 years I was stationed there. You would see topless Frauleins in commercials!
One Sunday Morning I got up and my Roommate was still asleep. I turned the TV on and quickly put the mute on so he could sleep.
Nothing was on AFN (Military TV Channel) so I checked the German stations. I found a German consumer report program on tanning equipment. Boring, NO!!! All of the Frauleins were TOPLESS. I quietly watched. Then Bob stirred and opened one eye and peeked at the TV. One second later he jerked upright in bed wide awake. And then he chewed me out for not waking him.
Some days you just can’t win!
