It means “Would Infidel hit it?”. A frequent commenter, Infidel, would frequently comment on posts that featured pretty women, “I’d hit it”. So, it became kind of a funny bit when someone would ask “WIHI?” on different posts.
Ah yes, I have seen many comments by Infidel of that nature. It makes sense now – thank you for the explanation.
