I don’t know how you get the car out, but it saves loads on heating =)
My guess is that a neighbor complained about the broken down car in the yard, and instead of having the car towed, they just covered it with wood.
His wooden car still needs some work
Some places (like where I live) require inoperable cars to be in a garage or covered. I’m betting this is one of those places. Once it’s covered, how are you supposed to fix it?
